The Springs has received the prestigious five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Only the top nursing homes achieve this honor. Fewer still earn five stars in each qualifying category that result in the 5-star composite score: health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. The Springs is the only skilled nursing home in Chicago’s west suburban area, to have earned five stars in every category. This is the highest possible score that a CMS-certified provider can receive.
