Residents at Monarch Landing Participated in Their First Paint and Sip Program

A glass of wine and a paintbrush got their creative juices flowing. Residents at Monarch Landing senior living community in Naperville, participated in their first paint and sip program last week. Retired art teacher, Lorna Nelson, assisted the residents in painting a beautiful mountain landscape as they enjoyed the comradery and a glass of wine.

“Our residents love having the opportunity to pursue long-loved hobbies, as well as try out new activities,” said Margaret Scanlon-Dalke, life enrichment manager. “This was a lot of fun and the participants really enjoyed it. We’re looking forward to doing this program again!
