The Springs Receives Deficiency-Free Survey From The Illinois Department of Health

Monarch Landing is a Life Plan senior living community in Naperville, offering a vibrant and engaging independent living lifestyle. The Springs at Monarch Landing provides memory supported assisted living, rehabilitation, and skilled care. 

Memory supported assisted living at The Springs recently received a deficiency-free survey from the Illinois Department of Health. In order to receive this result, representatives from IDPH who have visited the community have carefully evaluated all aspects of its operations. They found all criteria to meet or exceed state standards. Deficiency-free results are difficult to achieve.

Additionally, The Springs has also again earned the prestigious five-star rating from Centers from Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and been designated Best Nursing Home from U.S. News and World Report.
